Refund Policy

THESE REFUND PROCEDURES APPLY TO CUSTOMERS IN EUROPE ONLY AND ONLY PURCHASES MADE ON THIS ONLINE STORE. ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS MUST SEEK THEIR REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE FROM THE RETAILER WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED.

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, we will refund your money.

If you do not have the receipt:

Please send us the label as proof-of-purchase. If you cannot remove the entire label, please remove the portion of the label with the bar code. We also need the name and location of the store where purchased and the purchase price.

In either case, please include your full name, address, and phone number along with a brief note as to why you were dissatisfied with the product.  Our refund policy is unconditional; however, we do track customer comments as a way to improve our products.

Also, please send us the Lot Number from the product.  This is a four-digit code with a ‘dash’ or a ‘period’ and two more digits.

Please do not return unused product or empty containers.

Refunds are given only on products for which proof-of-purchase (receipt or label and purchasing information) is provided.
