Overby Farm delivery services extend to most addresses within the UK. 
Some remote and island locations may attract additional charges. 
The website shows how charges vary depending on the nature of goods ordered & destination. 

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product or we have despatched the wrong item.

For reliable delivery our carriers require full and accurate address details, together with any special instructions to cover the event you are absent (A box to enter these details appears with the carriage charges on the on-line shop)

Where goods are left as per your instructions we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage. Orders with a net** value over £40.00 (ex VAT) are carriage free to a single UK destination.

Ownership of the product transfers to the purchaser once full payment has been received and cleared*. Despatch occurs when funds clear.

Orders received are confirmed by email, and payment taken at time of despatch.
Customers are emailed approximate restocking dates where a product is out of stock, with an option to cancel. 

We aim to despatch cleared* orders within 2 working days. Goods despatched are normally for delivery the next working day (mon to fri). Saturday delivery and an option to track are also available, at additional cost.

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed, or arrive damaged. Please allow 7 working days from date of despatch before advising us of a non-arrival. We will send a replacement. In all cases we require notification of non-arrivals or damaged goods within 28 calendar days to qualify for a replacement. A photo, or similar, will serve as evidence for damaged goods.

On receipt of your goods, please check you have ordered the correct product and received same. We regret we can only supply exchange products where goods are returned unopened. 

A postal charge will apply where the wrong goods have been ordered.
